Rivato provides an online platform for booking taxi services. We act as an intermediary between you and the taxi operators. We are responsible for the booking process but the actual transportation service is provided by third-party drivers/operators.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• You agree to treat drivers with respect and not to cause damage to their vehicles.

Bookings are subject to availability. You may cancel your booking through our website or by contacting customer support. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of your cancellation relative to the scheduled pickup time.
